To access the game’s third, secret ending, players must follow a specific path where the detective is not informed about Yuki.
If you have already completed the game, the second ending can be accessed through the “Continue” option in the main menu.
Once you have successfully freed Yuki, she will request that you locate a ladder.
The ladder is situated within the freezer area, but avoid entering immediately as it will trap you. Instead, retrieve the wrench from the room where Yuki was previously confined.
Proceed to the room containing a generator and large green pipes. Utilize the wrench on the pipe valve to create a diversion with gas. Allow the Manager to enter this room while you stealthily move around the area and enter the butcher’s room, where the Manager’s chopping sounds are typically heard.
Collect the doorknob from the counter in this room, which is located near some deceased individuals.
Next, make your way to the freezer room and place the doorknob down first.
Enter the freezer to retrieve the ladder. You will again be confronted by the Manager.
This time, however, you can use the doorknob to facilitate your escape from the room.
Carry the ladder to the ventilation access point situated above the stairs, close to a generator.
Ascend into the vents, which will lead you above the shop areas.
Wait for the Manager to position themselves directly below you, then drop the hatch onto their head. This action will allow you to escape the premises safely with Yuki.
